We are open Monday - Friday, 9am - 7pm by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.

Methods of Payment

We accept cash, check, or credit cards (only Mastercard and Visa at this time). We prefer cash or check when possible. Credit cards are accepted for pre-payment of services and gift certificate purchases over the phone. Prices are subject to change, so be sure to confirm price when making your appointment.

Appointment Policy

To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations several days in advance. Same day appointments may be available.Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9am – 7pm by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins. Credit card reservations may be required for appointments over 90 minutes and all packages. We recommend that clients schedule their next massage or other service before leaving, so bring your calendar.

Punctuality

For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, first-time clients please arrive about 5-7 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so you can fill out forms, use the restroom, and start relaxing before your service. All returning clients please arrive a couple of minutes early. We want you to experience the full session time and to be able to talk with you before and after every session in order to get updated on what is going on with your body and to discuss a plan to meet your goals. So please try to arrive on time. We do have some cushion time to allow for extenuating circumstances, but please know that if you arrive really late, you will be charged for the entire session and may only receive the remainder of the scheduled time for your session, especially if there are scheduled sessions after yours.

Cancellation Policy

Treatments are reserved specifically for your needs based on availability. The room and products are prepared for each service according to the scheduled appointments for that day. In order to best accommodate your requests, we appreciate a 24-hour notification for any changes or cancellations. We regret that a lack of 24-hour notice of cancellation or no-shows will result in full billing of your service. We will call you the day before your appointment to remind you so hopefully this will not be a problem.

Parking

Parking is plentiful, just please park to the left behind the Healing Arts Center. Do not park next to Mr. Wizard's.

Quality Service

Our success is built on service. To ensure that every client receives the treatment he/she wants or needs, we will consult with and listen to each client before each service. Confidential medical history and personal information intake forms will also need to be filled out and updated periodically in order for us to better serve you. During your treatment let your massage therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area.

Pregnancy Safety Policy

Please note, all massage and body treatments are NOT recommended during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy or at any time for high risk pregnancies. You may want to consult your doctor before making an appointment and in some cases a doctor recommendation may be required before any services. When booking an appointment, be sure to let us know how many weeks you are into your pregancy and your due date.

Gratuities

Our prices do not include gratuities. It is customary to provide your massage therapist a 15-20% gratuity if you were happy with the services provided. Feel free to provide larger gratuities for exceptional service.

Other Info

To ensure a tranquil environment and service, please silence all electronic equipment including phones and beepers. Healing Therapies is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Services may be denied at the discretion of the management.
